Birnamwood Polka Days 501 (c)(3) is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to enrich the quality of life in our community by celebrating our local heritage, supporting youth and families, promoting volunteerism, and preserving the traditions that make Birnamwood unique. Through community events, educational opportunities, and charitable fundraising, we strive to foster civic pride, strengthen community connections, and provide financial support for local organizations, projects, and programs that benefit present and future generations.

Organization founded / 1st Annual Birnamwood Polka Days
Our journey began with an idea to bring back Birnamwood Polka Day but make it even better with a 3 day weekend of Polkas to enjoy with family, friends, and community annually. We successfully hosted our 1st Annual Birnamwood Polka Days!

1st Annual Berry Merry Holiday Kickoff in Birnamwood
Enjoying in the holiday spirit in Birnamwood we enjoyed craft and vendors, visits with Santa, and a night parade on Main St. marking the start of this annual event.
2/2024
1st Annual Frost Fest
We hosted Frost Fest for the first year at Chet & Emil's in Birnamwood enjoying an afternoon & evening of music, good food, and raffles!
10/2025
Halloween Trunk or Treat
We joined together and organized a trunk or treat event at the parking lot of Birnamwood Elementary and Middle School for kids to come together safely on Halloween and trick or treat.

Celebrated 5 Years of Birnamwood Polka Days
We celebrated all weekend long with friends, family, and community to celebrate our 5th Anniversary and our entertainment did not disappoint!

1st Annual National Night Out
We spent the evening encouraging our neighbors to join together in support of community and supporting public safety at Birnamwood Park & the Matsche Center.
